Outline of Research at the Start

高価な「物理シミュレーション」を安価な「数理モデル」に置き換えて，工学設計を高効率に最適化する手法が近年主流となっている．しかし従来の手法は，シミュレーションにおける入出力関係を数理近似しているに過ぎず，工学設計の礎である物理法則を忠実に反映しているとは言えない．そこで本研究では，様々な物理シミュレーションから得られる，忠実度（物理的厳密性）の異なるデータを活用した，階層モデルベースによる最適化手法を開発・実証する．これにより，最適化の高精度化・低コスト化という数理モデルとしての効果に加えて，設計者の合理的な理解・意思決定を物理モデルベースで支援する新たな効果を目指す．
