Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、免疫反応を正または負に制御するシグナル伝達系として、GPCRを介するリゾリン脂質着目する。特に、リゾホスファチジン酸（LPA）、リゾホスファチジルセリン（LysoPS）に特異的に応答するGPCRの機能解明、作動薬、拮抗薬開発を通じ、がんや感染症に有効な薬物開発につながる薬学的研究を行う。
