Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、基盤S「裁判過程における人工知能による高次推論支援」で開発している争点整理システム（対象：弁護士・裁判官のような法曹向け）をインタラクティブなオンライン紛争解決(Online Dispute Resolution(ODR)) システムの各フェース（診断、交渉、調停、評価）に援用することにより、人工知能技術を用いた効率的な一般人向けのODR システムを構築する。研究代表者（情報学者）と研究分担者（法学者）との学際的な共同研究として、単に技術的な解決法ではなく、法的にも妥当なシステムの構築を目指す。
