Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、正常リンパ球造血とiPS細胞を出発材料とした人工的リンパ球造血の違いを、生体内でのT細胞発生における外部環境を高度に再現するex vivoモデルを用いて段階的に明らかにし、その違いを埋める正しい経路を選択させることで、正常リンパ球造血と同様の人工リンパ球造血すなわちiPS細胞からのT細胞誘導を体外で実現する方法論を見出すことを目指す。本研究を通じて人工リンパ球造血メカニズムへの理解が深まるとともに、正常リンパ球造血を範とした最適化がなされ、より効果の高い治療用細胞の分化誘導やより正確なex vivo疾患モデルの構築が可能となる。
