Outline of Research at the Start	老化により、生物の個体・組織・細胞の恒常性が乱れる。本研究提案では、遺伝学に優れたキイロショウジョウバエを用いて、老化中に腸幹細胞の恒常性が乱れて癌化するのはどうしてなのか、また、寿命を規定する因子は何なのか、ということを研究し、その分子機構を解明する。
