Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の概要は外国語教員養成に関係する教師教育者が自らの経験・信条・教育実践を振り返る個人としての省察と他者と協働して省察を行う専門家集団としての議論と対話を通して、新しい外国語教師像を明らかにし、その育成のために教師教育者が持つべき資質・能力の体系化と教える言語を超えての共通化を試みを行う研究である。外国語教師の養成を行う大学の教職課程を問題共有のための共同体として捉え、質的研究方法による事象理解と問題探索、外国語教師教育者のコミュニティ形成と教育実践の改善、さらには外国語教員養成の質の向上への貢献を主目的とする。
