Outline of Research at the Start |
This study aims to identify elements of service robots to create meaningful engagement and explore how service robots generate meaningful engagement to improve customers' intention to use service robots. To do this, this study will conduct both qualitative and quantitative research during 2022-2026.

Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I completed multi-level interviews for the research called, "conceptualizing data democratization capability in the marketing context." I finished analyzing the interview data and writing of manuscript. The manuscript is now ready to be submitted one of the top journals called Information and Management. Also, I published one SCI journal called "Organizational agility enabled by big data analytics: information systems capabilities view" in Journal of Enterprise Information Management. This research provides the foundation to understand how big data analytics are embedded in organizational fabric and what kinds of capabilities are pursued to effectively leverage big data.

Reason
I already published one SCI peer-reviewed international journal and completed data collection, data analysis, manuscript for the conceptaulization paper called "conceptualizing data democratization capability in the marketing context." From now on, I am planning to work on operationalization of data democratization capability.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
I will work on operationalization of data democratization capability after submitting conceptualization paper. To do so, I will collect survey data targeting average employees engaged in marketing domains across a variety of industries. Also, I am working on service robot paper using experiment research methods. The topic is focused on tele-operated robots in the embarrassing service contexts and compares the impact of mind perception with humans and AI-enabled humanoid service robots.
