本研究では，在宅で 認知症の人を介護する家族主介護者の心理面と生活状況を包括的に評価する「介護力評価尺度」を開発する．現代社会において家族主介護者が抱えている問題（遠距離介護，ダブルケアなど）を調査したうえで尺度開発をすすめ，家族主介護者の介護力を数値，レーダーチャートとして可視化する．

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study developed the Caregiving Competence Scale for Dementia (CCSD), based on the current state of dementia care in Japan. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 150 primary family caregivers providing in-home care for individuals with dementia to examine the structural validity and reliability of the scale. Exploratory factor analysis identified 27 items across five factors: Positive Emotions and Awareness, Availability of Support and Family Involvement, Care Burden and Coping Skills, Dementia Literacy, and Engagement and Emotional Control. Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated a good model fit (CFI = 0.905, RMSEA = 0.072). A cutoff score of 77/78 was identified as the threshold for increased risk of caregiving breakdown. The overall internal consistency was high (Cronbach’s α = 0.892), indicating that the CCSD is a reliable and useful tool for assessing caregiving competence and guiding support for family caregivers.

本研究では、日本の在宅認知症介護における家族介護者の支援ニーズに対応するため、肯定的感情やコーピングスキル等を含む包括的な評価尺度「介護対応力評価尺度（CCSD）」を開発した。構造的妥当性・信頼性に加え、抑うつとの関連性から在宅介護破綻簿リスクが高まるカットオフ値（77/78）を設定し、介護力低下や在宅介護破綻のリスクを早期に把握できる指標としての有用性を示した。CCSDは、家族介護者の問題の可視化と適切な介入方策の立案を可能とするツールであり、介護支援の現場や政策における実践的意義が高い。
