Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、2点の学術的な問いを設定している。 ①認知症の人と家族に効果がある心理社会的支援の内容や提供方法は何か。 ②認知症の人と家族に対する効果とは何か、何で測定するのか。これらの学術的な問いを明らかにするために、予備調査の結果や先行研究の知見を用い、支援の内容や提供方法、介入の効果と測定方法の仮説設定を実施する。その上で本研究の目的は、認知症の人と家族ペアを研究対象に、グループ型、多要素構成の特性を有する心理社会的支援プログラムの開発を行ない、無作為割付試験（RCT）による支援プログラムの効果検証とする。支援終了1年後のデータを収集し、支援効果の持続性を検証する。
