| Outline of Research at the Start |
令和の日本型学校教育の構築に向けて、大学には対面指導と遠隔・オンライン教育とのハイブリッド化による指導を実践できるような人材の育成が強く求められている。本研究の目的は、家庭科教員養成課程における様ざまな専門科目の中で、実際の学校現場で学生がオンラインを活用した教育活動を企画・実践する機会を提供する教育プログラムを開発し、その有効性を検証することである。ここでは、衣食住の領域横断型の教育プログラムとしてカリキュラムの中に位置付けることにより、学年進行に伴って段階的に指導力を向上させること、児童生徒や家庭科教員にとっても新しい学びや気づきを与えることを目指している。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study developed a program in the home economics teacher training course, where students planned and implemented educational activities utilizing online tools, and examined its effectiveness. The program aimed to gradually improve ICT teaching skills, with lower-year students learning fundamental ICT knowledge and skills, while providing opportunities for online exchanges with researchers and students both domestically and internationally. In higher years, the program focused on enhancing practical skills, with students planning and implementing ICT-based lesson plans under the guidance of in-service teachers. The results showed improvements in students' self-efficacy and skills in ICT education, as well as an increase in their motivation. The effect of deepening the students' learning was also confirmed. The results were presented at academic conferences domestically and internationally, and the developed materials were awarded in educational material competitions.

本研究の学術的意義は、家庭科教員養成課程において、ICT活用を専門科目と関連付けて実践的な教育活動を行う機会を提供し、対面指導とオンライン教育のハイブリッド化を通じて指導力を高める点にある。これにより、学生はICT教育に対する自己効力感や技術を向上させ、実際の授業での活用意欲を促進できた。社会的意義としては、ICTを効果的に活用した教育実践が、家庭科教員の現場力を強化し、次世代の教育環境に対応できる柔軟な人材の育成に寄与することが挙げられる。
