| Outline of Research at the Start |
LP児は比較的最近注目されるようになった概念であり、LP児に特化して発達を調査した研究はほとんどない。本研究では背景因子として親子の関係性・養育環境にも注目する。出生週数が児の機能面に与える影響だけでなく、養育者の心理面に与 える影響を把握する。心理検査により養育者の養育への捉えや思考パターンを分析し、適切な介入方法を検討する。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
視線計測は4名の被験者で１－2ヶ月に一度の計測を継続している。それぞれの被験者で４回程度の視線計測とアンケート回収を行なっており、データの解析については準備中である。外来診療に合わせた頻度での計測とアンケート回収を行なっているが、回収率（現時点では100％）や被験者負担を考慮すると、今後も同様の頻度が維持できると期待される。NIRSに関しては9名の計測を実施している。解析を行うには十分な数のデータが集まっておらず、リクルートと計測を継続している。計測環境は概ね同一条件下で実施できており、精度の高いデータ収集ができていると考えている。

研究条件を満たす対象者が少なく、当初予定していたペースでのリクルートはできていない状態である。実施できている計測に関しては十分なデータが得られている。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
外来受診患者のみを対象としてリクルートを行っていたが、新生児室の退院時にも該当条件を満たす被験者を抽出し、リクルートの対象者を拡大する。
