Outline of Research at the Start

LP児は比較的最近注目されるようになった概念であり、LP児に特化して発達を調査した研究はほとんどない。本研究では背景因子として親子の関係性・養育環境にも注目する。出生週数が児の機能面に与える影響だけでなく、養育者の心理面に与 える影響を把握する。心理検査により養育者の養育への捉えや思考パターンを分析し、適切な介入方法を検討する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

リクルートの継続と、視線計測を継続している。リクルートは現在10名で完了。視線計測およびアンケート実施が完了した被験者が2名、現在計測を2ヶ月から6ヶ月の間隔で継続中の被験者が6名、これから計測を開始予定の被験者が2名である。計測完了した被験者の視線計測データの解析を症例毎に行っている。

Reason

継続して計測をおこなっている被験者については計画通りに計測をおこなえている。一方で自施設での対象となる患児が計画見込みよりも少なく、計画よりもリクルート対象は少ない状態で推移している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

リクルート済み・計測継続中の被験者についてはスケジュール通りに計測を継続する。被験者のリクルートを継続して行うとともに、データ解析の手法について見直しを検討している。
