Outline of Research at the Start	呼吸器外科手術において、胸壁からの小開創から内視鏡を挿入して行う胸腔鏡手術は今や一般的な手術となり、呼吸器外科医は必ず体得すべき手術法のひとつである。しかし術中出血等の合併症で致命的となることもあり、より安全かつ精度の高い手技の教育が求められるが、標準的手技を体得するための教育法は確立されていない。本研究では、胸腔鏡手術に関する教育に対してeラーニング教材と肺模擬臓器モデルを用いたシミュレーターを用いて標準化された手技の教育手順を構築することにより、普遍的で質の高い教育法を確立することを目的とする。
