Outline of Research at the Start

ハドロンの内部構造の研究は、ごく最近報告されたエキゾチックな量子数を持つ新粒子 Tcc の発見を契機として新たな展開を迎えている。本計画では、新粒子 Tcc の性質を解明することを基点として、さまざまなハドロンの構造解明にも応用できる理論的枠組み構築する。具体的には(1) Tcc の生成機構の解明、(2) Tcc の内部構造の解明、を中心課題とし、閾値近傍に存在するエキゾチックハドロンの構造を解明する手法を確立する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

以下の4つの課題について成果をあげた。
(1)LHCのALICE実験によるpp衝突において、Lambda K+-相関関数を測定した。これらの相関関数をLednicky-Lyuboshits公式を用いて解析し、従来より高い精度でLambda K+-散乱長および有効レンジを抽出し、Xi(1620)共鳴の存在を確認した。
(2) メソン・バリオン散乱を記述するカイラルユニタリー法を用いて,Belle実験が示唆するような閾値より低いエネルギーを持ち、比較的崩壊幅が狭いXi(1620)を記述する模型と、ALICE実験の決定したK-Lambda散乱長を再現する模型を構築し、それぞれの模型にあらわれる共鳴極の性質を解明した。また、実験の誤差を考慮した上で、2つの実験結果の整合性を定量的に議論した。
(3) クォーク間ポテンシャルとハドロン間ポテンシャルをチャンネル結合の観点から解析し,フェッシュバッハの方法に基づいた有効ポテンシャルを構築した。X(3872)を記述するようなccbar状態とD0 D*0状態の結合したポテンシャル模型を構築し、局所近似の性質を位相差の再現性などをもとに議論した。
(4) 低エネルギー普遍性の観点から、有効場の理論を用いて弱束縛状態の複合性について議論した。崩壊およびチャンネル結合は閾値チャンネル以外の成分の割合を増加させるため、閾値チャンネルの複合性は抑制されることを定量的に示した。具体的な例として、閾値近傍のエキゾチックハドロンであるTccとX(3872)の構造を複合性を用いて評価した。結果として、Tccの構造に対してはチャンネル結合が,X(3872)の構造に対しては崩壊の寄与がそれぞれ重要であることが分かった。

Reason

研究計画で予定していたXi(1620)共鳴状態の解析、クォーク自由度が混合したハドロンポテンシャルの解析、崩壊幅およびチャンネル結合の効果を取り入れた複合性の研究、を完了することができた。ALICE実験グループとの連携を強化し、Lambda K+-相関関数の測定の理論解析を担当した。研究結果は原著論文およびセミナー、国際会議での招待講演などで発表した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

相関関数の理論計算については、これまで研究対象とされてきたハドロン系だけでなく、alpha粒子など原子核を含んだ系に対象を広げ、相関関数の性質を明らかにする。また、K-Lambda相関関数中のXi(1620)のように、相関関数中に共鳴状態が発見される例が報告されていることから、共鳴状態が相関に与える影響を一般的に考察する。エキゾチックハドロンの内部構造の研究については、閾値よりエネルギーの低い束縛状態についての解明が進んだため、閾値より高いエネルギーを持つ共鳴状態の性質を複合性を用いて検討する。同時に、複素数になる複合性の確率的解釈についても研究を進め、共鳴状態の構造解明を行う。
