本研究では、老化・発がん耐性齧歯類であるハダカデバネズミの遺伝子改変技術を開発することを目的に、デバ受精卵培養法の確立、デバへの胚移植法の開発、デバ胚からのES細胞の樹立、デバ胚の遺伝子改変技術の開発を行う。
