Outline of Research at the Start	生物が地球の自転で起こる周期的環境変化に適応するには概日時計が必要である。哺乳類の概日時計はCryとPer遺伝子の細胞自律的転写振動で生じると考えられてきた。しかし、私たちの進行中の研究により、両遺伝子の転写振動を消失させた場合でも概日リズムが少なくとも部分的に維持されることが明らかになった。本課題では、CryとPer遺伝子の細胞自律的転写振動の消失下において、概日リズムが維持されるメカニズムの解明を目指す。
