Outline of Research at the Start

申請者らは近年、画期的なプローブを開発しこれを解決した。このプローブによるアクチンの可視化からヒトデ胚発生中に出現する新規の秩序構造を発見するに至った。一方、生体内では背景光の高さが配向の分解能低下を招くため、現状では安定な秩序構造のみが観察されうる。そこで本研究では、高輝度の蛍光偏光プローブを開発し、偏光計測の適用範囲を拡大する。
