Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、ILC2依存的なアレルギー疾患に対する精神的ストレスの影響を明らかにする。具体的には、実験的に確立された精神的ストレスをマウスに負荷した上で喘息やアトピー性皮膚炎を誘導して症状が悪化するかについて検証する。このときILC2にどのような変化が生じているかについて解明し、それを足場に分子機序を紐解いていくことで、ストレスとアレルギー悪化の因果関係を明らかにしたい。
