Outline of Research at the Start	研究代表者は食道癌や膵臓癌の新規癌抗原としてGlypican-1(GPC1)を同定し、新規癌治療法として抗体薬物複合体(GPC1-ADC)を開発し、担癌マウスを用いて薬効を証明した。ヒト化GPC1-ADCの奏効性を予測するバイオマーカーを開発するために下記の2通りのコンパニオン診断薬を開発する。1つ目は腫瘍組織中のGPC1の発現量を免疫組織化学染色法により評価する方法、2つ目は癌患者血清中に存在する可溶型GPC1の定量系を構築と血清中の可溶型GPC1濃度測定である。構築した手法を用いて、膵臓癌担癌マウスに対してヒト化GPC1-ADCのコンパニオン診断薬としての有用性を検証する。
