Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、画像診断や血清学的検査より、新型コロナウイルス関連心血管系合併症発症リスクを予測・層別化アルゴリズムを作成することを目的とする。申請者らは、既に蓄積された1000人余りのデータを用いリスク層別化モデルの作成に速やかに着手し、新規組み込み例を対象とした精度検証を開始する。本研究の成果は、ハイリスク群の抽出と早期治療介入に潔、心血管系合併症の発症機序や、重篤化の機序解明にも貢献する。
