Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、胃壁細胞由来E2が血中TG濃度に対し恒常性維持作用を有しているかを明らかにするため、エストロゲン合成酵素の遺伝子を胃壁細胞で選択的にノックアウトしたマウスでは血中TG濃度が上昇しても血中E2濃度が上昇しないことを確認する。さらに、E2によって血中TG濃度が低下するメカニズムを明らかにするため、E2投与によりTGが取り込まれる組織を特定し、この現象の分子メカニズムを細胞レベルで解析する。
