Outline of Research at the Start

周産期うつ病の病態解明や治療法確立は喫緊の課題であり、妊娠・出産に伴う特異的な病態機序を持つことが示唆される。そこで、様々な精神障害との関連が近年注目されているアロプレグナノロンに着目した。本研究は、妊産婦の血液・毛髪中におけるアロプレグナノロンを経時的に測定し、個体差や精神および産科学的因子、生活環境因子との関連を検証し、周産期うつ病の病態解明や治療選択への応用を目指すものである。

①研究案内紙の作成→②LINEアプリを用いた、アンケートおよびオンライン面談システムの開発（BSNアイネットに依頼）→③毛髪測定キットの完成（株式会社イヴケアに依頼）→④血液検体測定の依頼（本学脳研究所に依頼）
のうえ研究開始し、数例の研究同意者を獲得できている。
