Outline of Research at the Start

カプセル内視鏡等の開発により、非ステロイド系解熱鎮痛薬(NSAIDs)が上部消化管のみならず、小腸でも頻繁に粘膜傷害を引き起こしていることが明らかとなった。酸が関与しない小腸傷害の詳細な分子機序については不明な点が多い。そこで、本研究では、細胞の生存に関与するオートファジーがNSAIDs起因性小腸粘膜傷害に対してどのように関与するのかを細胞および動物実験系を用いて検討する。
