Outline of Research at the Start

強皮症患者B細胞のBCRレパトア解析、強皮症患者Regulatory/Effector B細胞におけるBCRレパトア解析、トポイソメラーゼＩ反応性B細胞におけるBCRレパトア解析/サイトカイン産生能解析を行い、強皮症における抗原特異的B細胞の役割を解析する。抗原特異的B細胞が病原性を有する場合、そのB細胞のみを除去する選択的B細胞除去療法が開発されれば、より副作用が少なく、最大限の治療効果が期待できる画期的な治療法となる。本研究はその基礎となる重要な研究計画となる。
