Outline of Research at the Start

我々は数年前より最新の質量分析法を用い、血液だけではなく胆汁中の胆汁酸高感度分析をいち早く可能としてきた。また、外科医の最大限の有利性として、生体試料（ここでは血液、胆汁、肝臓）を、術中に採取可能であることがあげられる。特に病的肝である肝組織は重要であり、すでに当院にて運用可能となった質量分析イメージング(Mass Spectrometry Imaging: MSI)を利用し網羅的に解析することが可能である。これまで治療につながるマーカーが見つかっていない小児肝胆道疾患に焦点をあて、血液、胆汁、組織を網羅的に解析することにより、新規マーカーを探索する。
