Outline of Research at the Start	周産期母体への麻酔薬曝露時には，胎盤を介した胎児麻酔薬曝露といった問題が生じる．薬剤の胎盤移行性は単純な拡散ではなく，トランスポーターを介した能動的輸送が深く関わることが明らかとなってきた．本研究の目的は，トランスポーター機能の制御を介して，胎児麻酔薬曝露および胎児への脳発達への影響を最小限化することである．
