Outline of Research at the Start

申請者らが確立したナノポアシークエンシングによる細菌同定法を基盤技術に据え、敗血症の迅速診断法としての有用性を検証する。さらにセルフリーDNAを含む血中マイクロバイオームの解明により、重症度や病態進展リスクの指標としての活用や生体内に潜む感染巣の早期検出による重症化予防など、先制医療への応用を視野に入れた前臨床研究を行う。
