Outline of Research at the Start

椎間板変性は腰痛症をはじめ、腰椎変性疾患の発症に繋がる。近年、再生医療分野において幹細胞由来のエクソソームを用いた組織再生治療が開始されている。一方、血小板内にエクソソームが豊富に含有されており、多血小板血漿（以下、PRP）より抽出されたエクソソーム (PRP由来エクソソーム) が組織再生に有用であることが明らかになってきた。本研究課題では、PRP由来エクソソームによる椎間板再生を細胞レベルおよび椎間板変性動物モデルで評価し、新たな椎間板再生治療の開発を目指す。
