Outline of Research at the Start	生体内脱灰をテーマにし、骨の変形矯正を最終目標とする研究は世界でも例がなく独創的である。生体内脱灰の技術が確立されれば、大きな侵襲を伴う手術をせずに骨の形態をコントロールできるようになり整形外科治療全般において革新的な治療方法を提供できる可能性がある。本申請では骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折後に多く認められる脊柱変形（後弯変形）の治療に応用可能であるかどうかを最終的に脊椎固定モデルを用いた実験系で検証したい。
