Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では我々がこれまでに確立した夜間多尿動物モデルに対して腸内細菌叢への介入を行う。介入あり群と介入なし群にわけ、夜間尿率を比較する。それぞれの群の腸内細菌叢を解析し、両群の腸内細菌叢がもつ機能や代謝物の違いを明らかにする。両群のマウスの腎組織を採取し、両群間で異なる腸内細菌叢の機能に関連する遺伝子発現の評価を行う。マウスだけでなくヒトにおける腸内細菌叢と夜間多尿の関連の解析も行う。
