Outline of Research at the Start

子宮体癌はThe Cancer Genome Atlas（TCGA）による総合的ゲノム解析結果から4つのサブタイプに分類され，我々も遺伝子解析を鋭意遂行してきた。しかしゲノム変異情報だけによるPrecision Medicineには限界があり，より細やかなPersonalized Medicineへ繋ぐためにはゲノム変異だけでない新規治療戦略が必要である。そこでRNA 編集に着目し，子宮体癌におけるRNA 編集の意義について，研究を行う予定である。
