Outline of Research at the Start

フックス角膜内皮変性症（FECD）の原因として報告されているTCF4遺伝子のCTGリピート伸長変異に対し、ロングリード・シークエンシングを用いたRNA全長解析による、CTG伸長が角膜内皮細胞のtranscriptsに与える影響の網羅的解明および、新規ゲノム編集技術CRISPR-Cas3を用いた、CTG伸長に対する遺伝子治療法の検討を行う。
