Outline of Research at the Start

ヘビ毒由来の酵素であるバトロキソビンは、末梢循環の改善などの薬効を有し、すでにバージャー病などでの使用が認可されている。我々はバトロキソビンにNETsを阻害し、CD34陽性細胞を誘導し血管新生を誘導する可能性を見出しており、慢性創傷に対する画期的な治療薬となることを確信している。本研究では①バトロキソビンの 慢性創傷における好中球NETs阻害効果/血管新生効果の検証、②DM足潰瘍に対する新規治療へのバトロキソビンの応用を目的とする。
