Outline of Research at the Start

脂肪組織内に存在する脂肪由来幹細胞（ASC）を培養する際に回収される幹細胞培養上清には多彩な有用因子が含まれているが、有用成分の種類や量は培養環境に左右されるために、安定的な治療効果が期待できる再生医療とは言えないのが現状である。本研究では3D培養や細胞外基質など培養条件や微小環境の違いにより培養細胞の分泌物に変化が生じることに注目し、ASCの培養環境を操作することによって、治療目的別のカスタマイズ幹細胞培養上清を開発、製造する。また疾患マウスモデルを使用し、それぞれの治療効果を検証することで、治療目的別の疾患ヒト幹細胞培養上清の製品を開発するという強く臨床応用を意識した研究である。
