| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、歯科医師が歯科心身症と思われる患者を前にして、何を診て、どのように介入し、どう治療していけば良いかの臨床的指針の確立を目指す。研究方法としては、当科に蓄積された豊富なReal world dataを解析し、病態把握の診断ツール、治療選択に資する予測因子を探索した後、寛解基準や疾患分類の見直しを行い，治療レジュメの最適化を図る。疾患横断的な診断治療体系の再構築の一方で、脳機能画像等の生物学的指標と比較的容易に評価できる心理社会的指標に着目し、日常口腔外科臨床の中で実践可能な診断・治療レジュメを確立することを目指す。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The main purpose of this research is to clarify how to diagnosis and treat oral psychosomatic disorders. We checked up the real-world data collected in our clinic and search for prognostic factors. Then we review the diagnostic criteria and treatment resume. Our main outcome are position paper of oral cenesthopathy and SNRI treatment resume for mid-level oral surgeons.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
器質的な原因が見出しにくいため、これまで「歯の不定愁訴」などと忌避され、適切な治療を受ける機会を奪われていた歯科心身症患者に対し、より多くの施設での適切な診断と治療の普及を目指した。中堅の口腔外科医を想定した治療レジュメを構築し、学会発表した。また舌痛症との重複が議論されている口腔セネストパチーの疾患概念を整理し、日本歯科心身医学会でコンセンサスを得て論文発表できた。
