Outline of Research at the Start

Outline of Final Research Achievements
We have been operating the patient information sharing system that allows patients and their families to participate, and includes communication function (closed SNS), online medical care, and online conferencing functions. In particular, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis was used by medical staff of multiple professions, and the system was also used by the patients themselves before decision-making, suggesting that the system may be useful for decision-making support. Satisfaction from patients and family members who used the system was high, indicating that the system also contributes to building a good relationship among medical staff. In addition, an AI extraction model was created by AI learning of the written content to visualize the risks that lead to patient hospitalization and emergency responses, and the good points that lead to good sentiments from patients and their families.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
