2020年初めから世界中で流行した新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、多くの大学でオンラインでの多職種連携教育（以下、IPE）を余儀なくされた。しかし、IPEにおいて、長期的効果を評価する根拠は極僅かであること、1大学、1施設に限定された研究結果であること、対照研究が皆無であること、資格取得前のIPEを総合的に評価できていないことなどが課題として報告されている。
以上のことから、看護を中心とする保健医療の学生を対象に、IPEにおけるe-learningの効果を明らかにすることを本研究の目的とする。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
IPEを修学した学生（看護、検査、理学、作業、薬学、医学）を対象に、多職種連携に対する態度（modified ATHCTS）変化を調べ、横断と縦断の両側面から国際機関と連携したIPEにおけるe-learningの効果を明らかにすることを研究目的とする。
2023年度は、国内のデータをDIDの手法を用いて、オンラインによる教育効果を評価し、論文投稿し、現在査読修正を行っている。また、フィリピン、タイ、インドネシア、モンゴルを対象とし、尺度を英語から母国語へ翻訳を行い、各国における倫理審査への申請、データ収集を行った。またResearch Collaboration Agreementの締結を行い、論文投稿の準備を進めている。
