Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、臨床判断力を育成するためのシミュレーション教育におけるファシリテーションスキル向上プログラムを開発し、実施・評価することである。臨床判断のプロセスである「気づき・解釈・反応・省察」を育成するためのシナリオおよびデブリーフィングガイドを考案する。考案したシチュエーション・ベースド・トレ―ニングを実施して、ファシリテーションの現状と課題を明らかにして有効性を検証する。
