Outline of Research at the Start

これまでの介入研究は、離脱症状や適性飲酒への介入（Tomson,1989）であり、アルコール依存症の病態を踏まえた介入、慢性疾患として扱っていない介入が多く認められている。また、アルコール依存症者のリカバリーの促進につながった介入研究ではなかった。そこで、アルコール依存症者には自分らしさを見つめ、ストレングスを自覚することにより自己肯定感を高められるようなエンパワメントプログラムと、看護師に求められる態度やリカバリー支援能力を高められるような介入方法を開発し、その有効性を明らかにし、新たな看護援助を創出しようとするものである。
