手術後の患者は、外科的侵襲により惹起されたストレス性高血糖と薬剤による医原性高血糖の相加的作用により、高度の高血糖を生じるがその管理は難しく、患者の予後に関わる重要課題となっている。そこで本研究は、特に厳格な術後血糖管理を要求される心臓血管外科患者を対象に、手術前の自律神経活動レベルと術後血糖管理リスクとの関連を明らかにすることを目的とし検証を行う。

手術後の患者は、外科的侵襲により惹起されたストレス性高血糖と薬剤による医原性高血糖の相加的作用により、高度の高血糖を生じるがその管理は難しく、患者の予後に関わる重要課題となっている。そこで本研究は、特に厳格な術後血糖管理を要求される心臓血管外科患者を対象に、手術前の自律神経活動レベルと術後血糖管理リスクとの関連を明らかにすることを目的とし検証を行う。令和5年度は、倫理委員会に申請を行い研究実施の承認を得た。必要機材の購入依頼と各関連部署への研究協力依頼を行い研究環境の整備を行った。
