Outline of Research at the Start	現在多死社会を迎える日本では、在宅看取りの支援体制の充実は喫緊の課題であるが、ケアマネジャーの約8割は福祉系を基礎資格とする者であり、医療知識不足や終末期療養者のケアマネジメントに困難さを抱えている。そこでケアマネジャーの基礎資格や経験に依らない質の高い在宅看取りのケアマネジメントを実施するためのツール開発が必要ではないかと考えた。本研究の目的は、ケアマネジャーを対象とした全国調査と在宅看取りのケアマネジメントの経験豊富なケアマネジャーへのインタビューを通して、ケアマネジャーの自己評価尺度とスキルアップ支援ツールを開発し、最期まで自宅で過ごしたい人々の在宅看取りの実現に寄与することである。
