| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は，新興感染症災害下における精神障害者の適応する力を解明し，災害時における精神障害者の適応的行動の促進、さらに不適応的行動から適応的行動への転換を可能にする『災害適応促進モデル』を開発することにある．本研究で採用する研究デザインは症例対照研究と前向きコホート研究である．本研究により得られる知見は，次なる新興感染症災害に備え，精神障害をもつ人々の適応力に着眼した対象理解や介入方法の検討に貢献できると考える．

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本年度は，新興感染症災害COVID-19下における精神障害者の行動に関する文献検討を完了した．“The inpact of the COVID-19 pandemic and earthquake on mental health of persons with severe mantal illness:A survey study among people receiving community mental health care versus treatment as usual in Croatia”では，COVID-19と地震が精神疾患の患者に与える影響について比較検討し，その結果，新興感染症災害と自然災害の影響には差がないことが明らかにされていた．本研究課題に近いテーマとして“COVID-19 coping experiences of individuals with schizophrenia:A graunded theory approach in Koria”があり，統合失調症患者のCOVID-19へのコーピングを質的に明らかにしていた．COVID-19下で，統合失調症患者が専門家の支援や日常生活の工夫を行い，最終的にCOVID-19下の生活体験は成長の機会となっていたと説明されており，本研究においても精神障害者の災害に対するコーピング力についても着眼する必要性を確認した．そのほかには，COVID-19下で精神障害者に対する介入支援について報告する文献“Homeless person with mental illness and COVID pandemic:Collective efforts”，“Adaptations and Innovations to Minimize Service Disruption for Patients with Severe Mental Illness during COVID-19：Perspectives and Reflections from an Assertive Community Psychiatry Program”が散見された．先行研究では本研究課題に相当する研究は行われていなかった．

本年度は，3年目で調査を完了している予定であったが，調査対象としている精神科クリニックの調査協力施設の選定に時間がかかり，倫理審査を受審できていない．

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
調査協力施設を近隣の精神科クリニックに限定せずリクルートし，調査協力施設の確保を行う．内諾を得られた段階で所属する研究機関の倫理審査を受審し，データ収集を行う．目標として2024年9月までにデータ収集を完了する．2024年10月より，統計学的分析を行い，結果，考察を進める．
