本研究の目的は，認知症や軽度認知障害者の生活行為の障害および残存能力を詳細に可視化できる生活行為工程分析表（PADA-D）の画像表示アプリ版を開発し，これに基づいた生活行為向上支援の臨床有用性を明らかにすることである．具体的には，1）認知症や軽度認知障害者の認知機能に関連した生活行為の障害および残存能力を可視化できる生活行為工程分析表（PADA-D）の画像表示アプリ版を開発，2）PADA-Dの画像表示アプリ版の家族・多職種使用による臨床実用性（正確性，簡便性，観察時間の短縮，多職種の共有性，支援の焦点化のしやすさ）の検証，である．

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to develop a visual display application version of the Process Analysis of Activities of Daily Activity for Dementia (PADA-D) that enables detailed visualization of impairments and residual abilities in activities of daily living for individuals with dementia and mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
Specifically, 1) to develop visual display application version of PADA-D that enables visualization of impairments and residual abilities in activities of daily living related to cognitive functions in individuals with dementia and MCI, 2) to clarify the clinical utility of the visual display application version of PADA-D for use by family members and multiple professionals (accuracy, convenience, shortening of observation time, sharing among multiple professionals, and support), and 3) to clarify the clinical utility of the PADA-D in supporting individuals with dementia.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
生活行為工程分析表（PADA-D）は，認知機能に関連したADL障害と残存工程を具体的に提示可能な評価表として開発された（田平ほか，2019）．これまで主観的記憶障害やアルツハイマー型認知症の重症度によるIADLの特徴，BADLの特徴，要介護度によるBADLの相違を検証し，障害している工程を支援し残存能力を活かしたリハビリテーションを展開してその有効性を示してきた．特に認知症の前臨床期や早期段階における生活障害の特徴を捉えられる強みがある．今回開発したPADA-Dアプリは家族や医療介護職に分かりやすいようにイラスト化したためさらに導入しやすくなった．
