Outline of Research at the Start	日常生活の中にある多くの食品に含まれているクエン酸は体内に吸収されアルカリ性になる性質がある。腎機能が低下すると尿毒症物質が体内に蓄積し代謝性アシドーシスが発症する。本研究では、腎臓病モデル動物を用いてクエン酸塩による腎保護作用を詳細に解明する。これまでのコホート研究から採取し超低温保管中の血漿と尿のサンプルを使用したメタボローム解析結果と照合する。そして食生活で適切なクエン酸塩の摂取が腎臓病の予防になる事を証明したい。
