Outline of Research at the Start

患者の生存期間と無増悪期間の相関構造をコピュラでモデリングして行う統計データ解析手法は医学研究において有用である。データの統合解析などにより, 複数の集団から得た患者の生存時間を解析するためフレイルティ項を加えたモデルが近年注目を集めている. 本研究では, 条件付きコピュラを用いて相関構造をモデリングするフレイルティ・コピュラのモデルを拡張し、患者の予後予測に活用する. モデルの実践的な有用性を示すため, より具体的に患者の生存期間と無増悪期間の相関をコピュラでモデル化する手法を考える. モデルのパラメータを推定する際には, 最尤法を用いる. 患者の予後予測のためのウェブアプリを公開する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究計画にあるよう、多変量生存時間解析におけるコピュラモデリングの研究を進めた。2023年度内の出版の中では特に、従属切断下における、生存予後予測法の感度分析法とマン・ホイットニー効果(治療効果)の実験計画による推定法が重要な研究結果となり、これらを研究集会で発表した。また、韓国や台湾から招待を受け、講演を行い、研究成果を発表した。研究が順調に進行していることと、研究分担者の協力もあり、多くの研究成果が得られた年であった。特に、久留米をはじめとした国内で多数行った研究打ち合わせが、実績に結び付いたと考えられる。生存時間解析におけるコピュラの応用は、左切断・競合リスクデータの解析の問題にも発展し、関連する論文を出版することが出来た。2023年度の査読付き欧文原著論文の出版数、査読付き邦文論文の出版数、海外講演および国内講演の数は、予定を大幅に上回った。昨年度に引き続き、当初の予定を大きく上回る実績となった。

Reason

本研究計画で行った研究論文が順調に出版された結果、9本の査読付き欧文原著論文を出版(6件は責任著者、3件は筆頭著者)した。また、2本の査読付き邦文を出版(2件とも単著)、7件の海外講演、4件の国内講演を行った。昨年度に引き続き、当初の予定を大きく上回る実績となった。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

今年度も、昨年度に引き続き予想を上回る研究実績が予想される。引き続き、研究費を有効活用して行きたい。
