Outline of Research at the Start

炎症性腸疾患（IBD）は難治性の自己免疫疾患で、工業化の進展とともに増加していることが疫学的にわかっていため、遺伝素因に加え、環境汚染化学物質も誘発因子であると考えられる。本研究では申請者が、近年の見いだした特定の環境下でIBDを好発する「AhrKO-IBD」マウスを自己免疫疾患モデルとして、病態メカニズムを解明し、発症を助長する環境化学物質の探索を行うことを目的とする。
