Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、岡山大学内の医工連携による光ファイバを用いた新たな焼灼医療機器の開発である。本研究で開発を進めている新たな光ファイバ焼灼機器は正確な温度測定下での焼灼が可能である。そのため、治療時における正常組織へのダメージを最小限に抑え、治療対象部のみに有効な焼灼術が可能となり、従来製品と比べより生体に優しくかつ安全な焼灼機器となることが期待される。本研究では一臨床用途として、経皮的針生検後に穿刺部の止血を目的とした「Tract焼灼」での実用化を目指す。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2023年8月9日、10日に動物実験を施行した。
<Tract焼灼実験>
①全身麻酔下に肝臓を露出してもらう。②生検導入針(19G)約5 cm長を1.5cm肝臓へ刺し,20G.生検針(1cm幅)で生検施行。③生検導入針から新構造(タケノコ型)のファイバを挿入し,生検導入針を5mm引いた状態で1.47 umマルチモード(MM)レーザで焼灼(500 mW, 750 mW, 1000 mW)を予定。焼灼時間は2分とする。③その後、同様の出力で30秒かけて生検導入針と光ファイバを一体として引き抜きながら約1cmのトラクト焼灼を行う。

令和6年度に予定している動物実験に向け、これまでの実験のデータを整理した。データの一部を国内学会(第83回 日本医学放射線科学会総会)で発表を行った。動物実験のプロトコール作成の準備を行った。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

生体豚を用いた動物実験を計画しており、光ファイバを用いた経皮的針生検後のTract焼灼の実用化に向け準備を進めている。
