| Outline of Research at the Start |
アントレプレナー（起業家）を育成するための教育であるアントレプレナーシップ教育プログラムが世界各国で急速に広まっている。近年、経営学分野以外の心理学、教育学などの分野からも多くの論文が出版され、その数は50000件を超えている。しかし、アントレプレナーシップに関する研究については学術的に解明されている領域は少ない。このような背景から、本研究では、様々な分野で議論されたアントレプレナーシップの理論を取りまとめ、その本質を明らかにするとともに、今後の発展可能性を探索し、日本の起業率向上のためのアントレプレナーシップ研究の新たな方向性を提示したい。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We conducted a bibliometric analysis of entrepreneurship and clarified the development history and characteristics of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship (paper published).
In addition, we conducted quantitative and qualitative analyses to clarify the factors necessary for effective entrepreneurship education, and two papers are currently being submitted for publication (one accepted and in preparation for publication, one under review).

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
アントレプレナーシップとソーシャル・アントレプレナーシップの発展において、それぞれ異なる目的で発展していることを明らかにしたことによって、今後アントレプレナーシップ教育の目的設定に関するインプリケーションを提供することができた。
また、効果的なアントレプレナーシップ教育に向けて、どのような要因が影響するかを明らかにし、アントレプレナーシップ教育設計に貢献することができた。アントレプレナーシップ教育には、マインドセット、知識、スキルの３つの柱があり、そのバランスと他の科目との総合性を踏まえて設計する必要があることを示唆することができた。
