| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、エコロジー分野におけるレジリエンスに関する理論的枠組みを、アクターネットワーク理論等に代表される脱・人間中心的アプローチ（NAA）の知見によって精緻化することを試みる。まず、本研究では、乱立状態にあるレジリエンスをめぐる議論の見取図を、関連する他の議論との関係もつまびらかにしながら提示する。そしてそのうえで、NAAの脱・二元論的な観点が、とくにレジリエンスをめぐる諸議論の多くが採用している「社会-生態システム」という理論的枠組み、すなわち「社会」と「自然」という二元論的なカテゴリーを堅持していると思われる理論的枠組みを更新するうえで、どのような貢献を果たしうるかについて検討する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The original purpose of this study was to refine, at a theoretical level, the various discussions surrounding "resilience" in the field of ecology by drawing on insights from non-anthropocentric approaches (NAA), such as Actor-Network Theory (ANT). However, as the research progressed, it became apparent that while the concept of resilience offers significant potential, it also has several problems. Consequently, in order to overcome these issues, this study ultimately proposes the necessity of reconstructing the theory of "division of labor," taking into account not only human but also non-human entities, by referencing trends in NAA discussions about "care".

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
今日、私たちの生きる「社会」は、気候変動、各種災害に加え、そうした衝撃に対する脆弱性にもつながるインフラの老朽化等、広い意味でのエコロジー的な危機に瀕している。私たちは、いわば、これまで前提としてきた条件が壊れかけた世界を生きているといえる。この状況下で、どのように生存の基盤を存続させるのかを考えるためには、人間だけではなく、人間以外の多様な要素（e.g., 人工物、動植物）との関係も射程に入れた形で「社会」の作り方そのものを再考する必要がある。本研究の学術的および社会的な意義は、レジリエンスという概念を軸にしながら、まさにこうした新たな「社会」を構築するための視点と方向性を示した点にある。
