| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、指導主事による学校支援にはいかなる差異があるのか、そしてその差異に影響する要因は何かについて、自治体・学校・指導主事個人の3つの要因を考慮して解明することを目的としている。本研究を通じて、指導行政のあり方について、自治体・学校・指導主事個人のどの部分に対して、いかに働きかけていくべきかを提案できる。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
研究2年目は、初年度に行った質問紙調査の回収状況を集計し、電子データを分析可能な状態に整えた。本研究では、教育委員会・教育センター・教育事務所の2,093機関に教育長票と小中学校指導部局票を配布した。その結果、教育長については643件（30.7%）、小中学校指導部局票については647件（30.9%）の回答が得られた。加えて、回答が得られた機関に所属している指導主事3761名に質問紙を配布し、1782件の回答が得られた（47.4%）。また、回収した質問紙の電子データ入力を外部に委託して進めた。その後、分析が可能なように電子データのクリーニングを実施し、基礎的な集計を行った。
